Claire Baker is a beautiful shining light in the health and wellness community. One of my favourite things about her is she is not about eating the ‘perfect’ diet, she’s about living a fun, playful, radiant life – and if that means eating cheese and wine every now and then, then she’s doing it!
Great health is not about eating the cleanest diet, it’s simply a tool you use to help you be able to live a happy, vibrant life. And this girl knows it.
Her book, She is Radiant, is a 6 week wellness adventure that takes you step-by-step through from start to radiant. This book blew me away by it’s depth but also its approachability – it’s like taking a nutrition course, but completely do-able and understandable. Read the rest of this post »
