To truly heal the body, you have to zoom out and see the bigger picture of what it really takes to heal, those big things that we MUST do to heal.
Otherwise, you’ll always be chasing that one thing that will change everything – that supplement, that food change, that workout, that belief or metaphysical reason. And you’ll never be able to completely, deeply heal your body.
Healing is bigger than just ONE THING you’re missing or one thing you need. You really need to get that in order to heal.
