Besides being easily misinterpreted, stripped of all nuance, and selectively peddled by the media, is there an even more sinister fraud behind most of the studies and research we see these days?
Just a few short years ago I believed in science wholeheartedly. Hell, I was even a card-carrying atheist (makes me laugh now), reading books by the likes of Richard Dawkins. How could science and facts be wrong? I mean, it’s science!
Until I started asking the question… How is everything we think we know about diet and health completely WRONG?
