I’ve been experimenting with eating mostly cooked food lately to see how my digestion goes with that, and it couldn’t have come at a more perfect time: Autumn. I keep calling it Fall even though I’m Australian. Damn American TV.
Annnyway, since I have an obsession with eating lots of fruit, eating mostly cooked food presented a challenge. Give up fruit? I’d rather die. I’ve never been much of a fan of cooked fruit, but clearly I’d never tried it before because it is AWESOME!
PS. my digestion is way better with cooked food. More on that another time. Today, let’s talk pie. Apple pie.
