This smoothie is the perfect way to start your morning. I used to make this all the time, but then winter crept in and it was hard enough to drink my usual morning green smoothie, let alone this one as well.
I always start my day by drinking 1 Litre (1 quart) of water. Sometimes I get real crazy and add the juice of a lemon. Sometimes this is really hard to do. The first few days of starting this are tough. And its hard to do on really cold winter mornings. I don’t push myself to drink it all if I can’t.
