Documentaries are my favourite way to get inspired, get excited, get motivated and light a fire cracker under my ass when I’m feeling a bit bleh about the whole wellness thing.
They have the ability to present information in a meaningful way that we can connect and engage with and really absorb the information. And they’re much more exciting than a 300-page book (says the girl with giant stacks of unread books all over the house)!
I love documentaries that leave you itching to change something in your life, on the edge of your seat ready to run to your juicer.
