So last week I was thinking about all the little things that I do to help my gut – before I even take ANY supplements.
I have all of these little practices that I do during the day that have helped my digestion so much, and I thought – I have to share these!
In one afternoon, with almost zero planning, I filmed all the videos for the challenge, they just poured out of me. Because these little things I do are so naturally a part of my routine these days. I barely even notice I do them anymore, because I’ve been doing them for years!
All of these things are completely free, you can start doing them as soon as you finish watching the videos, and they are the perfect thing to help reset your digestion and the perfect place to start healing your gut, before you even bother with expensive probiotics or enzymes.
They don’t take a lot of time, they take zero money, and you’ve got no more excuses lady!

The main energy drain on the body is digestion, and there’s many things that we’re doing that make digestion drain more of the body’s energy than it needs too.
Less energy spend on digestion, is more energy in your bank. You’ll feel more energetic, and you’re body will have the energy to do it’s healing, detoxing and repair work, which is another big energy drainer.
Proper digestion makes the whole ship run smoothly – you can break down and absorb more nutrients from the healthy food you’re already tripping over yourself to eat.
Proper digestion helps detoxification. The gut and the liver are tightly connected. And when you’re gut isn’t working properly, you start collecting the bad guys like bacteria, yeast and parasites like they’re Pokemon. And those guys create a bunch of toxins on their own (it’s actually they’re waste products that are toxic. Yep, their shit.)
If you’re just looking for the next miracle supplement to fix everything for you, then this challenge isn’t for you.
These are just little practices that will easily become part of your day, that will help your digestion do it’s thing.
When I switched to focusing on healing my gut (alongside what I was already doing with detoxing, and healing emotional baggage) – that’s when things really kicked off and I was able to start healing.
Before that, I was focusing on everything else BUT the gut. When the gut was my issue all along. (Looking back now, it’s like DER, but hey I’m a slow learner.)
