Beautiful beet juice is a great liver cleanser, and hey, it’s all pink and pretty! It’s also a great test to see how your digestion’s doing.
This beet juice is my new obsession. I mean, look at that pink ombre on the crema of the juice! It’s so gorgeous!
Beets are actually really good for telling us two things about your digestion:
1. Are you absorbing nutrients?
When I started drinking beet juice again, I was really curious whether my pee would turn pink. There’s an urban legend that after you drink beet juice, if your pee turns pink that means you may have low stomach acid and aren’t absorbing nutrients properly.
