While I think a diet full of plant-based whole foods, fresh veggie juice and yoga are important aspects of health and healing, I don’t believe you can achieve total healing without looking at your thoughts and emotions, and what led you to that state of health in the first place.

After her parents separated, her life was turned upside down. Everything felt unknown, unsafe and she was unsure of everyone.
