Detoxing sounds great, but how do you know if it’s really something that you need to do?
The thing is: it’s not really a question of if you are toxic, but how toxic are you. We’re all a walking toxic waste dump these days.
We’re being assaulted with toxins every single day, from every single direction of life.
Even with how careful I am about avoiding toxins, I still can’t escape it all. Unless you’re a monk living in the himalayan mountains (that’s where they live, right?), then you haven’t escaped. And even then the smog and pollution from India would probably still get you.
With these toxic chemicals and heavy metals seeping into every area of our lives, our food, our water, our homes, our workplaces – how could we NOT be affected by this? Read the rest of this post »
